From many sources we have been able to acquire some truly amazing artwork, depicting majestic and lethal US aircraft performing their many missions. Please browse this section of our gallery in detail. This artwork comes from the canvas of some of the best in the business. And remember--your satisfaction is guaranteed! As with the other sections of our website, the aircraft will be cross-referenced by type, and whether the action depicted is during take-off, landing, or while in flight. Though we offer exciting prints of many different aircraft by the leading artists in the field, our aircraft profile drawings continue to be by a favorite category of our visitors. We've now made it easy for you to find the drawing you're looking for by adding a whole new category just for these drawings. CLICK HERE, or use the Navigation Button on the left to jump to our new section dedicated to US Navy, US Air Force, US Army, and US Coast Guard aircraft profile drawings. Our profile drawing artists make it easy to customize your drawing so that the final product is the one you flew or maintained. Browse and enjoy! Use the navigation buttons on the left to peruse our inventory of works depicting modern aircraft, or continue to scroll down to see history come alive! The Staff at US Military Art .com
The artist, Michael Wooten, had this edition of 1,000 prints individually signed by Maj. "Pappy" Boyington! There are at this time only a few of the prints from this edition remaining for sale. The edition went on the market in 1987. Most of the remaining few have crimps on the borders from damage in shipment. We have priced them with this in mind. These crimps will not show when the print is matted and framed, but keep in mind that they are there. Only 1 Left (as of 3/1/2007) - Order Now!!!
Tribute to Army Aviation - Vietnam
Each print is signed and numbered by the artist. The Certificate of Authenticity accompanying each print will list the aircraft types and the numbers lost of that type during the war.
