"OpSail 2000 Tide Emergency" by Thomas Picard

Threatened tide changes ion July 4, 2000, forced the USCG Barque Eagle to return to her home base at the South Street Seaport earlier than expected during OpSail activities in New York Harbor.  Coast Guard small craft were on hand to provide for her safe passage.
