"Phoenix" by Gloria Moschel

The Coast Guard played an important role in responding to the events of September 11, 2001.  This painting depicts the USCGC Tahoma WMEC 908 and a Port Security Unit small boat patrolling New York Harbor shortly after the infamous attack.
