Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with all of our artwork.  If you are not satisfied with any item, for any reason, it may be returned to us for a full refund, including shipping charges. Items damaged in shipment will be replaced at no charge to you.  Please notify the original carrier of any damage to your item. If you can, please provide photos or other documentation that may aid us initiating an insurance claim with the carrier. In some cases, we may request that the damaged item by returned to us.  In those instances, we will provide a return shipping label.

If you decide to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt through Returns@usmilitaryart.com, or by phone at 609-264-5256.  Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible, within 14 days of receipt.  They can be shipped to us through either the USPS, UPS, or any other ground carrier.  Our shipping address is -

As stated above, you will be reimbursed for the original shipping charges, but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will credit you for the returned item and original shipping charges using your original method of payment.
