Return policy

At USMilitaryArt.com, your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns no questions asked.  Simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, along with any shipping charges incurred for the return.  Please see the “How to return an item” section below for details of how to return merchandise to us.

How to return an item

To return an item, please notify us via our toll-free number (888-465-5389) or email ( returns@usmilitaryart.com ), and we will provide instructions regarding how to re-pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible), and how best to send it back to the address below:

If possible, we will issue a Recall Tag via UPS^® Ground or Second Day delivery via a major carrier (FedEx, DHL, etc.).  This will ensure a record of delivery and receipt.
