The River Hawks

The Sikorsky UH-60 "Blackhawk" is the world's finest medium transport helicopter, and the primary instrument for US Airborne assault missions.  It's exceptional performance has gained it a well-earned reputation for unprecedented reliability in various multi-operational modes.

The River Hawks is the first in a series on the UH-60 Blackhawk by artist Dru Blair and depicts the speed, agility, and smooth performance of the Blackhawk and its crew.  This dramatic rendition reveals a pair of Blackhawks in a swift and sudden approach preceding an insertion of Airborne troops in a rare river assault.
