USS Los Angeles SSN 688 Commemorative Prints and Drawings USS Los Angeles SSN 688 was decommissioned 23 JAN 2010 in Los Angeles after 33+ years of service. It is the intention of the decommissioning committee that at least a portion of the boat will become a part of the museum there. To commemorate the decommissioning, and to honor the ship and the crews that manned her, two of our artists have produced artworks featuring the LOS ANGELES. Summer Special!!! To celebrate Summer 2011 we are running a special on all profile drawings by noted naval and aviation artist George Bieda!
