The Seawolf Class subs were intended to be the successor to the Los Angeles Class, however, with the end of the Cold War and the ensuing budget cuts, led to the cancellation of further additions to the fleet in 1995, leaving the class limited to just 3 boats.  This led to the design of the smaller and less expensive Virginia Class.  The Seawolf Class cost about $3 Billion per unit, making it the most expensive submarine ever built.

Each of our profile drawings represents a specific time period in the ship's life. That's why we ask for your "years of interest." Our artist will configure the ship's profile and stats to conform to that time period.  A range of years provides sufficient information, or you can enter "at commissioning" or "at decommissioning."

To make your drawing truly unique, we will add up to 3 lines of personalization to the drawing (25 characters max per line). You can use all three lines, or just one or two, the choice is yours!
