Before the advent of the nuclear-powered submarines, there were the diesel boats.  Many classes, hundreds of boats, each class incorporating improvements over the previous ones.  From the "T" and "P" classes up through the Barbel and Grayback classes, we offer drawing of each one.  Where appropriate, we can produce drawings of their original (fleet) and modified (Guppy, North Sail) versions.  Our artist will detemine the configuration of your boat based on the "years of interest" you provide with your order.  If you have any questions, or would like to confirm our configuration choice, drop us an email message, or phone us at 609-264-5256.

There were only 2 boats in this class.  Both successfully test-fired Regulus missiles.  USS Growler now stands moored alongside the USS Intrepid in New York City as a museum ship.

All of our ship and aircraft profile drawings are by George Bieda, a retired US Navy Captain with over 27 years of service.  George calls upon his vast knowledge and experience, plus an extensive reference library to compose historically accurate drawings. Each drawing is individually numbered and digitally signed by the artist, making them a one of a kind item.

Each of our drawings represents a specific time period in the ship's life. That's why we ask for your "Years with Interest" Our artist will configure the ship's profile and stats to conform to that time period.  A range of years provides sufficient information.

Our profile drawings are printed with high quality commercial giclee equipment on heavy weight, acid-free, archival stock, using inks with lightfastness ratings of over 100 years when displayed properly. Each drawing is individually numbered and digitally signed by our artist.

To make your drawing truly unique, we will add up to 3 lines of personalization to the drawing (25 characters max per line). You can use all three lines, or just one or two, the choice is yours!
